MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jacques Cabana, CRHA, B. Mgmt., M.B.A., President & General Manager
Mr. Cabana has 20 years of experience in varied executive positions (general management, sales & marketing, operations, logistics, human resources and information technology). He has worked as a senior manager within small businesses and large organizations in the private as well as in the public sectors.

Carl Béliveau, B.Eng., M.B.A., Vice-President & Sales Manager
Mr. Béliveau has 15 years of experience in sales in the industrial sector and holds degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration.  He has worked in small and large companies. He is in charge of the Company sales, marketing and customer relationship activities.

Stéphane Brais, Eng., B.Eng., M.B.A. Operations Manager
Mr. Brais has 15 years of experience in manufacturing, plant management and production optimization.  He has worked in small and large companies in Canada an in the USA. He is an expert in personnel management and continuous improvement methods in manufacturing.

François Côté, Eng., B.Eng. (aerodynamics), M.Sc.A. Senior Project Engineer
Mr. Côté has 15 years of experience in the design, certification, installation and maintenance of complex structures and systems notably in composite materials. He is an expert in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and aircraft certification.

Michel Morin, Eng., B. Eng., Project Engineer
Mr. Morin is an engineer specialized in mechanical engineering. He has close to 10 years of experience in manufacturing project management as well as in  system design, in the industrial and aerospace sectors.

Jean-François Bolduc, B. Eng., Quality Manager
Mr. Bolduc has a degree in mechanical engineering. He also holds a technical college diploma in mechanical engineering. He has close to 15 years of experience in quality management and process optimization in the industrial and aerospace manufacturing sectors.

Tom Dumais, B. Finance, Administration & Finance Manager
Mr. Dumais has 10 years of experience in business management and Corporate financing. He has extensive experience in the administration, management, development and financing of small and medium businesses.

Jean-Philippe Larose, B. Eng., Project Coordinator
Mr. Larose has a degree in mechanical engineering as well as a technical college diploma in composite materials. He has worked in an Aerospace OEM and a composites research center.
