FDC COMPOSITES INC. specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of certified composite aircraft parts, using industry cutting-edge manufacturing techniques. Our main manufacturing technique, resin infusion, enables us to incorporate high-performance carbon and glass fibres allowing for significant cost reduction. We also offer tooling manufacturing, research & development, design and certification. This allows us to deliver projects faster than the competition.
We are a Transport Canada approved organization for manufacturing and certification of aeronautical products (FAA PMA equivalent). It has also undergone quality audits by an International Aerospace Group and has demonstrated conformance to its quality standards.
